 We talk about your concerns, your goals, and how therapy can help. It’s a chance to ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. 

I support pre-teens, teens, young adults, and parents looking for guidance. 

 Yes. Parent support and coaching are often part of the process so you can better support your child at home. 

 Yes. Therapy helps kids and teens learn coping skills, regulate emotions, and build confidence.  I pull from a range of modalities to support teens such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused and Strength Based modalities.

 This is common!  Sessions focus on building trust and helping teens feel comfortable and heard. 

 Secure online sessions are available across Ontario, with in-person sessions in Windsor-Essex. 

When requested, I can integrate faith-based perspectives into therapy while respecting each client’s values and preferences. 

Flexible options may be available in certain situations to help make therapy more accessible for families. Direct billing is available for many insurance providers (Canada Life, Greenshield).
