A safe place to land. a strong place to rise.

Hi, I’m Raven, founder of Raven’s Wing Counselling and a Registered Social Worker in Ontario. I support pre-teens, teens, and families navigating anger, emotional regulation challenges, attachment difficulties, and life transitions through a compassionate, family-centered approach to therapy.
I believe meaningful change happens when we support not just the child, but the entire family system. Rather than focusing solely on behaviours, I work to understand the underlying emotions, attachment needs, and relational patterns that may be contributing to conflict or distress. My approach is collaborative and involves working alongside parents to strengthen connection, improve communication, and create lasting change both inside and outside of sessions.
Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, I tailor support to each family’s unique needs while creating a safe, grounded space where youth feel heard, understood, and empowered. I view emotions not as something to fear or suppress, but as important signals that deserve compassion, curiosity, and care.
For those who desire it, I also gently integrate faith into the therapeutic process, allowing emotional growth and spiritual reflection to work together in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable at first, but you do not have to navigate challenges alone. My goal is to help families build stronger relationships, deeper understanding, and greater confidence in moving forward together.
